Coming Out... Sorta...

Chad sat on a beach in Cancun drinking a Keystone and watching a group of guys play Frisbee. Well to be perfectly honest, watching a blonde guy play Frisbee.A shadow fell over him just as the blonde leaped into the air to catch the disc. Chad looked up to see Trent wearing an amused expression. Chad handed him a beer from the ice chest and asked, "What's up, man?"

Trent smirked, shaking his head. "I was going to see if you wanted to go for the fifty cent shot hour at the beach cantina down the way, but you seem pretty entrenched."

Chad laughed."Nah. Nothing to see here. We can head down that way if you want."

"Well come on then." Rarely one to turn down free alcohol, even if it was shitty, Trent cracked open the keystone. "Man I can't believe you're driking this stuff n mexico. This is Corona Country."

"It was in the fridge. It was free, and I was thirsty. I think it's technically A.J.'s. What have you been doing today?"

"Enh, this and that." He shrugged, miming drinking and smoking. "Someone was going to try and set up some volleyball, but some drunk-ass bitch harfed all over the sand pit. Supposed to be some kind of booze cruise later."

"Sounds good." They walked along in silence for a bit before Chad spoke. "So you heard from Tracy, or are you both doing your own thing this week?"

"Nah, she's probably busy banging' half of College Station." he sighed, and added an affectionate "Crazy bitch."

"Yeah you're probably right. She'd probably do it less if you stopped calling her your future ex-wife."

Trent laughed. The dynamics between him and tracy were not the sort of thing most people could understand. It was, in fact, pretty fucked up. But it worked. "Oh no, she has to earn that one. but seriously, she's just a fucking nympho."

Chad smirked."Nympho isn't the word I'd have chosen, but to each his own."

"Filthy whore? Democrat Cumdumpster? Do I have to go through all my pet names?" He chuckled again. "Anyway, I haven't heard from her."

Chad laughed before replying. "I don't know how you do it man. I'm seeing someone, but they're so damn clingy. I mean want them to back off, but I don't want them to go all democratic cumdumpster on me."

"I'm guessin' it's no one I know?" He shrugged. "Man, clingy I can't tell you about. Apparently *I'm* the clingy one." He laughed, eying a pair of girls bouncing their way into the surf.

"Nah, you probably wouldn't know him. Doesn't run in our circle."

Trent gave Chad a sidelong glance, and shrugged. He wasn't really surprised - well maybe that Chad had even offhand mentioned it.

"Couldn't be that redhead who was fussing all over you after you got *shot*, could it?" He asked, dryly.

Chad laughed a little nervously. "Yeah. He's a little overdramatic. Nice, though." He looked to gauge Trent's reaction before changing the subject. "Hey is that a kite?"

"Yeah, over dramatic. Because people get shot in College Station all the time." Trent rolled his eyes, shaking his head. He was surprised to get even that much seriousness from Chad on any subject. If he wanted to bang dude, that was his business, and he was smart enough to keep it to himself. Well, mostly. Brother's shooting each other at the House was honestly something that bothered him a lot more - there was something severely fucked up about that whole situation, but his memory of exactly what had happened was hazy, as if he'd been on some wicked bender. He sighed.

"Yes, Chad, that is a kite. I suppose I can't expect you to have noticed the beautiful pair of tits on the other end of the string, as you are apparently an ass-raping whore. But that's okay."

Chad laughed, "It was the arm, and I heal fast. I take vitamins, and I was fine. And I've never raped anyone in the ass. "

"Mm-hmm." Trent continued eying the brunette with the kite, and wave when she looked over. "Sure you haven't. Man, if I'd known vitamins has such miraculous healing powers, I might have actually taken my flintstones instead of grinding them up and selling them to suckers on the playground."

"Probably a good idea. They are both good for you and Dino-licious."

"Yeah, personally, as I've gotten older, I've come to put more stock in the curative properties of tequilla. Which..." he pointed at the Cantina that peeked out from behind a couple of palm tress, currently thronged with other Cancun beach goes. "Cheap shots! I'll let you press through the throng of sweaty, oiled manflesh to get the first round, and I-" Trent jerked a thumb back over to where the kite flier had been joined by a pair of friends, "-will be over here, fraternizing with the ladies."

Chad looked at the aforementioned sweaty, oiled manflesh and laughed. "Fine by me."

"What can I say, bro - I'm a giver."

With that, he gave Chad a friendly punch in the arm to send him on his way, and headed over toward the girls.

Chad grinned as he pushed through the guys at the bar and ordered two shots of tequila before making his way over to Trent. He handed his friend a drink and raised his. "Salut!" Then gulped the tequila down.
