Chaddimus Chadsky III. He goes by Chad in most situations, but Nils calls him Chaddimus.

Medium brown hair with hazel eyes
• What kind of distinguishing facial features does your character have?
He doesn’t have a single distinguishing feature, but overall his facial features are fairly androgynous.
• Does your character have a birthmark? Where is it? What about scars? How did he get them?
He has a scar on his abdomen from when he had to have his appendix removed as a teenager.
• Who are your character’s friends and family? Who does he surround herself with? Who are the people your character is closest to? Who does he wish she were closest to?
Chad’s family is an emotionally distant East Coast family. He doesn’t see them very often and avoids talking to them. The exception is his brother Brad. They are different than most brothers in that they do not get along at all. While Chad is quiet, shy, and unobtrusively gay, Brad is an extremely outgoing macho guy. Chad is not very close to any humans, but he is beginning to get much closer to Nils. He does have a very close relationship with his cat Thompson (named after a particularly sadistic gym teacher). He wishes he were closer to Brad, and he’s hoping that he and Nils will become closer emotionally.

Chad was born in a Boston hospital, and grew up in a small wealthy community outside of Boston. When he hit middle school he was sent to an all male boarding school where he came to terms with his sexuality. He has yet to come out to his family. College Station has become his home because he can be honest about his sexuality without worrying about his family’s reaction.
• Where does your character go when he’s angry?
When Chad gets angry, he takes a walk with Thompson. He thinks best on evening or night time walks when he’s rarely noticed.
• What is his biggest fear? Who has he told this to? Who would he never tell this to? Why?
Chad’s biggest fear is being outted to his family. He has probably told Nils about his family’s potential disapproval, but he hasn’t mentioned that it’s his biggest fear. He’s never confide this fear in Brad.
• Does he have a secret?
Other than his sexuality, he doesn’t share much but doesn’t keep any deliberate secrets.
• What makes your character laugh out loud?
Chad loves dry humor, and he enjoys bad movies.
• When has your character been in love? Had a broken heart?
He is still innocent and doe eyed for the most part. He had a boyfriend at school, but upon graduation Eric left him for a woman. Chad thought he loved Eric, but it was probably just the infatuation of a first serious relationship.
• What is in your character’s refrigerator right now? On his bedroom floor? On his nightstand? In his garbage can?
His fridge is mostly full of his roommates’ food. Chad usually eats out. His bedroom floor would have a few dirty clothes on it, and his garbage can would have fast food trash.
• Look at your character’s feet. Describe what you see there. Does he wear dress shoes, gym shoes, or none at all? Is he in socks that are ratty and full of holes? Or is he wearing a pair of blue and gold slippers knitted by his grandmother?
Chad is wearing nice tennis shoes with clean relatively nice socks.
• When your character thinks of his childhood kitchen, what smell does he associate with it? Sauerkraut? Oatmeal cookies? Paint? Why is that smell so resonant for his?
Chad never really spent time in the kitchen because all the meals that were taken at home were served in the formal dining room. He has probably been in his childhood kitchen for more than two minutes less than ten times.
• Your character is doing intense spring cleaning. What is easy for him to throw out? What is difficult for him to part with? Why?
He can easily throw out trash, but he’s also a bit of a pack rat. That makes throwing away anything that has a story of any sort difficult to throw out.
• It’s Saturday at noon. What is your character doing? Give details. If he’s eating breakfast, what exactly does he eat? If she’s stretching out in her backyard to sun, what kind of blanket or towel does she lie on?
Chad would be sleeping. Unless he is disturbed, he will sleep until about three.
• What is one strong memory that has stuck with your character from childhood? Why is it so powerful and lasting?
The day he found Thompson is a very strong memory for him because since the cat followed him home Thompson had been closer to him than anyone else. That day marked the beginning of a much less lonely lifestyle.

He would probably wear a completely Abercrombie & Fitch outfit. It would be comprised of nice jeans, a button down shirt, and Doc Marten type shoes. He would not wear a polo shirt. Ever.

A quiet peaceful life with pets and a few loved ones

I am very confused and somewhat peeved with Nils because he’s asking me to do things and telling me very little about what is going on.

Reading trashy novels and bad literature

As far as his possessions go, he really loves his truck despite it’s douchey-ness.
